How do I backup photos / videos from my iPhone? |

Download the IBackup for iPhone app from iTunes and log into the application, choose the option 'Upload from Gallery' and select the photo(s) or any video from the gallery displayed for immediate backup.
With a camera enabled device you also have the option to capture a photo / video live and backup immediately.

How do I share my files / folders with my friends or contacts? |
| |
Browse to select the file / folder that you wish to share, set any or all of the share options given below:
- Password protection
- Set permissions (read / write)
- Secure link (ssl)
Once you set the options, choose the contact(s) from your contact list with whom you wish to share the file(s) / folder(s) and tap the ‘Send’ button. An email with the share link will be sent to the recipient’s email id.

Yes, login to your IBackup account via any browser using your credentials to view your photos / videos, share files / folders and manage your account.
You can also upgrade for a higher plan via the web.

Can I use the same IBackup account to backup data on my PC / Mac or files from another device? |
| |
Yes, you can use the same account credentials to backup files / folders on your PC / Mac. For this, visit the Download page to access multiple applications for online backup of your critical data.
You can also backup your photos / videos on multiple devices by installing the app and logging in with the same IBackup account credentials. To view the most recently backed up file(s) on other devices, tap on the refresh button in the menu option.

How do I stop from automatically logging into the IBackup for iPhone application? |

To stop from logging into the IBackup for iPhone application automatically, go to Settings on your iPhone device, access the IBackup app and disable the ‘Auto login’ option.

How do I perform file / folder operations from my IBackup for iPhone application? |
| |
On a particular file you can swipe over and perform operations like Cut, Copy, Rename, Share, Add to Shortcuts and Delete from the menu diplayed.
You can also select multiple files / folders and access the main menu to perform operations like Cut, Copy, Paste, Rename, Add to Shortcuts and Delete. You also have options to refresh for latest updates and to create new folders.

How do I add files to Shortcuts using my IBackup for iPhone application? |
| |
To add files to Shortcuts, follow the steps below:
- Tap on action button
- Select the file(s) / folders(s) you wish to add
- Tap on the ' Shortcut ' icon
Alternately, select a particular file and tap on 'Shortcut’ icon.
If you wish to remove files from your Shortcuts list, tap on the ‘Shortcut’ icon; all files added to your shortcuts list are displayed. Swipe on the file / folder that you wish to delete and tap on the delete icon.

The following file types can be viewed using the IBackup for iPhone application:
Office File types: PDF, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF
Media File types: MP3, WMV
Image File types: PNG, JPG, ICO, JPEG, TIFF, TIF, BMP, BMPF, CUR, XMB, PNG
