Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor. This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

Security
Your Password should never be shared with anyone unless you intend to do collaborative work with others who need read/write access to your files. All the data you transfer using IBackup Professional client agents are encrypted using 256-AES prior to leaving the client agents for transmission to the IBackup Professional servers and this data remains encrypted at rest. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The user data is password protected and also has an optional encryption key mechanism that you can supply which is known only to you - the end user.

This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information previously provided. You can go to the Edit Profile option after successful logging in and correct information related to password, and option to receive communication regarding service. You can also choose to 'cancel' your account, or 'upgrade' or 'downgrade' your account with the available subscription plans.
